The Teatro in Magione takes its name from its architect, Giuseppe Mengoni. Builts in 1870 it is now the property of the Comune of Magione. Hardly anything remains now of the original structure except for the exterior walls. It is now a modern theatre in which each year is presented a season of plays, ballets, and other musical and theatrical productions.
