If you would like to renew your membership as a UK Friend for 2011-2011, or would like to become one for the first time, then we are offering a special event on December 5, 2010. That evening, Angela Hewitt will perform Mozart’s Piano Concerto in C major, K. 467 with the Philharmonia Orchestra under conductor Christoph von Dohnanyi at London’s Royal Festival Hall. For £20, we are offering the chance to attend the open rehearsal that morning from 10 am to 1 pm, followed by a lunch reception in the Sunley Pavilion. Angela Hewitt will attend the reception, announce details of the 2011 Festival, and have a chance to talk with all who come. To be eligible, you must first make a donation to the UK Friends.
