For our special event this year (included in all subscriptions and packages already purchased), we are thrilled to offer an exclusive interview with Maestro Jeffrey Tate. Named the first ever Principal Conductor of London’s Royal Opera House in 1985, and currently Music Director of the Teatro San Carlo in Naples, his career has taken him far and wide, including working closely with Maria Callas and Herbert von Karajan. The interview, led by Eric Friesen, will be accompanied by the projection of a film on his life (with thanks to Rondeau Production of Germany). The event will be in English.
