In 2009, two concerts were held in schools in Umbria in which pianist and Artistic Director of the Festival, Angela Hewitt, played for school children, and participated in a discussion on the music played led by Giovanni Costantini. The first one was held in Magione on October 22, 2009, and the following day a similar event took place at the Istituto Tecnico Commerciale Statale Aldo Capitini – Vittorio Emanuele II in Perugia.
